Information we collect
We collect information you provide to create and operate a Layro account, such as your name, email address, project content, uploaded assets, selected services, and support messages. We also collect limited technical information needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Layro, save and publish your projects, process support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Layro receives payment status and order-reference information needed to confirm an order; we do not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials.
Sharing and publication
Content that you publish may be visible to the public. We share information with service providers only where needed to operate Layro, such as hosting, email, analytics, or payment processing. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Your choices
You can request help with account information or privacy questions by emailing admin@layro.tech. Please include the email associated with your Layro account so we can verify and handle the request safely.
Updates
We may update this policy as Layro changes. The latest version is always available on this page.
Technical data, cookies, and analytics
When you use Layro, we process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, security events, and request timing. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, prevent forgery, and protect the service. We may use aggregated product and site-event analytics to understand reliability and usage; we do not use advertising cookies to sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and project information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations. You can submit an account-deletion request from Account settings. We immediately disable account access and review the request for permanent deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.
Access, export, and correction
You can edit project information in the workspace and download a source export where available. To request access to, correction of, or a copy of account data that is not available in the product, use the Account deletion and data controls or email admin@layro.tech from the email linked to your account.
Service providers
Layro uses categories of service providers that may process information on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure providers, transactional email providers, payment processors, and security or analytics services. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its service.
AI Assistant & Chat Data
Layro's public and hosted-site assistants process the question you submit and relevant published site information to form a response. Layro does not store assistant message text as a chat transcript; it may retain limited security and rate-limit events. Do not enter passwords, card, bank, UPI, government-ID, health, legal, or other sensitive personal information into an assistant. These assistants use Layro's site-grounded response logic and do not send prompts to an external AI provider. Assistant questions are not used to train or improve an external AI model. If Layro introduces an external AI provider or changes how chat data is processed, we will update this policy before that change takes effect.
