Using Layro
You may use Layro to create and manage your own website projects. You are responsible for the content, images, business information, permissions, and claims you add. Do not use Layro for unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or misleading content.
Your project and content
You retain rights to content you provide. You grant Layro the limited permission needed to store, process, export, and publish that content solely to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for every item you upload or publish.
Plans, add-ons, and delivery
Features, add-ons, hosting options, and prices are displayed before checkout. Digital source packages are delivered after successful payment verification. Managed hosting is provisioned after the required order details, chosen address, and payment verification are complete. We may contact you if details needed to provision an order are missing or invalid.
Orders and payments
Payments are processed through Cashfree or another payment provider shown at checkout. Layro does not store payment-card, UPI, or bank credentials. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful payment or Layro confirms an approved payment bypass.

Availability and changes
We work to keep Layro available and secure, but online services may require maintenance or experience interruptions. We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised terms. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
AI assistant features
Layro's public and hosted-site assistants provide general, site-grounded responses based on published business information and the question submitted. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation, and are not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for reviewing the information you publish and for deciding how to use an assistant response.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card, bank, UPI, government-ID, health, legal, or other sensitive personal information to an assistant. Assistant questions are not retained as a chat transcript and are not used to train an external AI model. Layro may retain limited security and rate-limit events to protect the service. The current assistants use Layro's site-grounded response logic without sending prompts to an external AI provider; if that changes, Layro will provide notice through its Privacy Policy before the change takes effect.
